Al-Baqarah 2:231 واذا طلقتم النساء فبلغن اجلهن فامسكوهن بمعروف او سرحوهن بمعروف ولا تمسكوهن ضرارا لتعتدوا ومن يفعل ذالك فقد ظلم نفسه ولا تتخذوا ايات الله هزوا واذكروا نعمت الله عليكم وما انزل عليكم من الكتاب والحكمة يعظكم به واتقوا الله واعلموا ان الله بكل شيء عليم ٢٣١
وَإِذَا
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
فَبَلَغۡنَ
أَجَلَهُنَّ
فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ
بِمَعۡرُوفٍ
أَوۡ
سَرِّحُوهُنَّ
بِمَعۡرُوفٖۚ
وَلَا
تُمۡسِكُوهُنَّ
ضِرَارٗا
لِّتَعۡتَدُواْۚ
وَمَن
يَفۡعَلۡ
ذَٰلِكَ
فَقَدۡ
ظَلَمَ
نَفۡسَهُۥۚ
وَلَا
تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ
ءَايَٰتِ
ٱللَّهِ
هُزُوٗاۚ
وَٱذۡكُرُواْ
نِعۡمَتَ
ٱللَّهِ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
وَمَآ
أَنزَلَ
عَلَيۡكُم
مِّنَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ
يَعِظُكُم
بِهِۦۚ
وَٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عَلِيمٞ
٢٣١
Ir kai jūs išsiskyrėte su žmonomis ir jos pabaigė joms nustatytą laikotarpį, arba susigrąžinkite jas priimtinomis sąlygomis arba paleiskite jas priimtinomis sąlygomis. Bet nesigrąžinkite jų tam, kad pakenktumėte joms, ir tas, kuris taip daro, - jis pakenkė pats sau. Ir nelaikykite Allaho Eilučių (Įstatymų) juokais, bet prisiminkite Allaho Malones jums (t. y. islamą) ir tai, ką Jis atskleidė jums iš Knygos (t. y. Koraną) ir Al-Hikma (Pranašo Sunną – teisinius papročius – islamiškąją jurisprudenciją), kuriais Jis moko jus. Ir bijokite Allaho ir žinokite, kad Allahas yra Žinantis apie viską.
