Al-Baqarah 2:234 والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون ازواجا يتربصن بانفسهن اربعة اشهر وعشرا فاذا بلغن اجلهن فلا جناح عليكم فيما فعلن في انفسهن بالمعروف والله بما تعملون خبير ٢٣٤
وَٱلَّذِينَ
يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ
مِنكُمۡ
وَيَذَرُونَ
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ
بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ
أَرۡبَعَةَ
أَشۡهُرٖ
وَعَشۡرٗاۖ
فَإِذَا
بَلَغۡنَ
أَجَلَهُنَّ
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فِيمَا
فَعَلۡنَ
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِهِنَّ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٞ
٢٣٤
Они од вас који умру остављајући супруге своје, њихове супруге дужне су чекати четири месеца и десет дана. И када оне испуне прописани рок, ви не сносите грех за оно што оне лепо и по пропису ураде. А Аллах у потпуности зна оно што ви радите.
