Al-Baqarah 2:234 والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون ازواجا يتربصن بانفسهن اربعة اشهر وعشرا فاذا بلغن اجلهن فلا جناح عليكم فيما فعلن في انفسهن بالمعروف والله بما تعملون خبير ٢٣٤
وَٱلَّذِينَ
يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ
مِنكُمۡ
وَيَذَرُونَ
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ
بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ
أَرۡبَعَةَ
أَشۡهُرٖ
وَعَشۡرٗاۖ
فَإِذَا
بَلَغۡنَ
أَجَلَهُنَّ
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فِيمَا
فَعَلۡنَ
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِهِنَّ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٞ
٢٣٤
O tie iš jūsų, kurie miršta ir palieka po savęs žmonas, jos turi išlaukti keturis mėnesius ir dešimt dienų. Tada, kai jos pabaigė savo terminą, nėra nuodėmės jums (globėjams), jei jos perleidžia save teisingu ir garbingu būdu (t. y. jos gali susituokti). Ir Allahas yra Geriausiai Informuotas apie tai, ką jūs darote.
