Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

ٱلنِّسَآءَ

لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

گوناھتان لەسەر نیە ئەگەر ژنانێک تەڵاق بدەن کە ھێشتا نەچووبنە لایان یا مارەییتان بۆ دانەنابن وە بەھرەمەندیان بکەن (شتێکیان لەماڵی خۆتان بدەنێ) دەوڵەمەند بەپێ ی خۆی وە ھەژار بەپێ ی خۆی بەھرەو یارمەتی دانێک کە باو و نەریت بێت. ئەوە پێویستە لەسەر چاکەکاران
