Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦
لَّا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
（夫たちよ、）あなた方がまだ彼女らに触れず[1]、また義務の（婚資金*の額）も決定していないのなら、（妻となった）女性を離婚することに、あなた方への罪はない。そして彼女らには、余裕のある者はその程度に応じたものを、貧しい者にもその程度に応じたものをという風に、適切な贈り物を贈るのだ。（それは、）善を尽くす者たちの義務なのである。 1
