Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦
لَّا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Агар занонро пеш аз омезиш ва таъйини маҳрия [ба далоиле] талоқ диҳед, гуноҳе бар шумо нест ва [дар ин сурат дилҷӯӣ кунед ва] ононро [бо ҳадяи муносиб] баҳраманд созед; тавонгар ба андозаи тавонаш ва тангдаст ба андозаи тавонаш. [Иҷрои ин ҳукм] Бар накукорон [ҳаққи собит ва] илзомист
