Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦
لَّا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
جيڪڏھن زالن کي (اُنھيءَ وقت) طلاق ڏيو جڏھن اڃا کين ھٿ نه لاتو اَٿوَ يا اُنھن لاءِ ڪابين مُقرر نه ڪيو اَٿوَ ته اوھان تي گناھ ڪونھي، ۽ کين نفعي وٺڻ لاءِ ھليءَ چليءَ وانگر جورو ڏيو، آسودي تي پنھنجي وس آھر ۽ سڃي تي پنھنجي وس آھر آھي، (اِھو ڪم) ڀلارن تي لازم آھي.
