Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Nėra nuodėmės jums, jei jūs išsiskiriate su moterimis, jų dar nepalietę (neturėję su jomis lytinių santykių), anei paskyrę joms jų Mahr (sutuoktinio nuotakai dovanotų pinigų). Tačiau duokite joms (tinkamą dovaną). Turtingasis pagal savo išgales, o neturtingas – pagal savo išgales. Dovana tinkamo kiekio yra pareiga gera darantiesiems.
