Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Nta caha kuri mwebwe abagabo mu gihe mwokwahukana n’abakenyezi inyuma yo gushingirwa, imbere yuko murangurana amabanga y’abubatse canke mubagenera inkwano. Muraheza rero muri ico gihe mugire ico mubatekereye: uworohewe aramutekerera yisunze ubushobozi bwiwe, umukene na we aramutekerera yisunze ubushobozi bwiwe, kugira ngo amushumbushe ku neza. Iryo ni itegeko ryubahirizwa n’abagwaneza.
