Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Es ist für euch keine Sünde darin, wenn ihr euch von Frauen scheidet, solange ihr sie noch nicht berührt oder euch ihnen gegenüber (zu einer Morgengabe) verpflichtet habt. Doch gewährt ihnen eine Abfindung - der Wohlhabende entsprechend seinen Verhältnissen und der Geringbemittelte entsprechend seinen Verhältnissen -, eine Abfindung in rechtlicher Weise. (Dies ist) eine Pflicht für die Gutes Tuenden.
