Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Никахлангач якынлык кылмыйча талак кылсагыз, яки никах вакытында мәһерне тәгаенләмәгән булсагыз, сезгә гөнаһ юк. Якынлык кылмыйча талак кылынган хатыннарга берәз нәрсә бирегез! Якынлык кылмыйча талак кылынган хатыннарга көч җиткән хәтле мал бирү изге мөэминнәрнең хаклары булды.
