Al-Baqarah 2:237 وان طلقتموهن من قبل ان تمسوهن وقد فرضتم لهن فريضة فنصف ما فرضتم الا ان يعفون او يعفو الذي بيده عقدة النكاح وان تعفوا اقرب للتقوى ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم ان الله بما تعملون بصير ٢٣٧
وَإِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
وَقَدۡ
فَرَضۡتُمۡ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗ
فَنِصۡفُ
مَا
فَرَضۡتُمۡ
إِلَّآ
أَن
يَعۡفُونَ
أَوۡ
يَعۡفُوَاْ
ٱلَّذِي
بِيَدِهِۦ
عُقۡدَةُ
ٱلنِّكَاحِۚ
وَأَن
تَعۡفُوٓاْ
أَقۡرَبُ
لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۚ
وَلَا
تَنسَوُاْ
ٱلۡفَضۡلَ
بَيۡنَكُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
بَصِيرٌ
٢٣٧
Aber wenn ihr euch von ihnen scheidet, bevor ihr sie berührt und euch ihnen gegenüber schon (zu einer Morgengabe) verpflichtet habt, dann (händigt) die Hälfte dessen (aus), wozu ihr euch verpflichtet habt, es sei denn, daß sie (es) erlassen oder der, in dessen Hand der Ehebund ist. Und wenn ihr (es) erlaßt, kommt das der Gottesfurcht näher. Und versäumt es nicht, gut zueinander zu sein . Was ihr tut, sieht Allah wohl.
