Al-Baqarah 2:238 حافظوا على الصلوات والصلاة الوسطى وقوموا لله قانتين ٢٣٨
حَٰفِظُواْ
عَلَى
ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ
وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ
ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ
وَقُومُواْ
لِلَّهِ
قَٰنِتِينَ
٢٣٨
Bislamu! Nimutsimbatare mu kwamizako amasengesho-bwirizwa atanu akwije ibisabwa ku mwanya wayo, na canecane isengesho ryo hagati na hagati ryo ku muhingamo, muraheza kandi muhagarare mu masengesho mwicishije bugufi ku Mana Allah.

Allah commands that the prayer should be performed properly and on time. It is reported in the Two Sahihs that Ibn Mas`ud said, "I asked the Prophet , `Which deed is the dearest (to Allah)' He replied:
