Al-Baqarah 2:240 والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون ازواجا وصية لازواجهم متاعا الى الحول غير اخراج فان خرجن فلا جناح عليكم في ما فعلن في انفسهن من معروف والله عزيز حكيم ٢٤٠
وَٱلَّذِينَ
يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ
مِنكُمۡ
وَيَذَرُونَ
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
وَصِيَّةٗ
لِّأَزۡوَٰجِهِم
مَّتَٰعًا
إِلَى
ٱلۡحَوۡلِ
غَيۡرَ
إِخۡرَاجٖۚ
فَإِنۡ
خَرَجۡنَ
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فِي
مَا
فَعَلۡنَ
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِهِنَّ
مِن
مَّعۡرُوفٖۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
عَزِيزٌ
حَكِيمٞ
٢٤٠
あなたがたの中（主に）召されて妻を残す者は，追い立てられることなく1年間扶養を受けるよう，妻たちのために遺言しなければならない。だがかの女らが出て行き合法的に行動することに対しては，あなたがたに罪はない。アッラーは偉力ならびなく英明であられる。

Ayah (2:240) was abrogated
The majority of the scholars said that this Ayah (2:240) was abrogated by the Ayah (2:234), what Allah said:
يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا
(...they (the wives) shall wait (as regards their marriage) for four months and ten days.) (2:234)
