Al-Baqarah 2:6 ان الذين كفروا سواء عليهم اانذرتهم ام لم تنذرهم لا يومنون ٦
إِنَّ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
سَوَآءٌ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ
أَمۡ
لَمۡ
تُنذِرۡهُمۡ
لَا
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
٦
（使徒*よ）本当に、不信仰に陥った*者たちは、あなたが彼らに警告しようと警告しまいと同じことで、信じはしない。

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah said,
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Verily, those who disbelieve) meaning, covered the truth and hid it. Since Allah has written that they would do so, it does not matter if you (O Muhammad ) warn them or not, they would still have disbelieved in what you were sent with. Similarly, Allah said,
