Al-Baqarah 2:89 ولما جاءهم كتاب من عند الله مصدق لما معهم وكانوا من قبل يستفتحون على الذين كفروا فلما جاءهم ما عرفوا كفروا به فلعنة الله على الكافرين ٨٩
وَلَمَّا
جَآءَهُمۡ
كِتَٰبٞ
مِّنۡ
عِندِ
ٱللَّهِ
مُصَدِّقٞ
لِّمَا
مَعَهُمۡ
وَكَانُواْ
مِن
قَبۡلُ
يَسۡتَفۡتِحُونَ
عَلَى
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
فَلَمَّا
جَآءَهُم
مَّا
عَرَفُواْ
كَفَرُواْ
بِهِۦۚ
فَلَعۡنَةُ
ٱللَّهِ
عَلَى
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
٨٩
Igihe Bene Israyeli bashikirizwa Igitabu ca Qor’ani kivuye ku Mana Allah gishimangira ivyo basanganwe muri Tawurati n’Injili, barakigararije barahakana n’Intumwa Muhamadi (nyakugira amahoro n’impuhwe z’Imana Allah), kandi imbere y’aho bahora basaba Imana ko botsinda abagarariji bari kumwe n’Intumwa ya nyuma yimirije gushika. Iyo Ntumwa rero imaze kubashikira irangwa n’ivyo bari bazi muri Tawurati, barayigararije ku mvo z’uko itavuye muri bo. Abagarariji barakavumwa n’Imana Allah.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Jews were awaiting the Prophet's coming, but They disbelieved in Him when He was sent
Allah said,
وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ
(And when there came to them) meaning, the Jews,
كِتَـبٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ
(a Book from Allah) meaning, the Qur'an that Allah sent down to Muhammad,
مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ
