Al-Hadid 57:22 ما اصاب من مصيبة في الارض ولا في انفسكم الا في كتاب من قبل ان نبراها ان ذالك على الله يسير ٢٢
مَآ
أَصَابَ
مِن
مُّصِيبَةٖ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَا
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
إِلَّا
فِي
كِتَٰبٖ
مِّن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
نَّبۡرَأَهَآۚ
إِنَّ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٞ
٢٢
Es geschieht kein Unheil auf Erden oder an euch, das nicht in einem Buch (verzeichnet) wäre, bevor Wir es ins Dasein rufen wahrlich, das ist für Allah ein leichtes -

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Everything that affects Mankind, is duly measured and destined
Allah reminds of His measuring and deciding the destiny of all things before He created the creation,
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى الاٌّرْضِ وَلاَ فِى أَنفُسِكُمْ
(No calamity occurs on the earth nor in yourselves) meaning, `there is noth
