Al-Hadid 57:22 ما اصاب من مصيبة في الارض ولا في انفسكم الا في كتاب من قبل ان نبراها ان ذالك على الله يسير ٢٢
مَآ
أَصَابَ
مِن
مُّصِيبَةٖ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَا
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
إِلَّا
فِي
كِتَٰبٖ
مِّن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
نَّبۡرَأَهَآۚ
إِنَّ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٞ
٢٢
Kein Unglück trifft ein auf der Erde oder bei euch selbst, ohne daß es in einem Buch (verzeichnet) wäre, bevor Wir es erschaffen - gewiß, dies ist Allah ein leichtes -,

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Everything that affects Mankind, is duly measured and destined
Allah reminds of His measuring and deciding the destiny of all things before He created the creation,
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى الاٌّرْضِ وَلاَ فِى أَنفُسِكُمْ
(No calamity occurs on the earth nor in yourselves) meaning, `there is noth
