Al-Hadid 57:22 ما اصاب من مصيبة في الارض ولا في انفسكم الا في كتاب من قبل ان نبراها ان ذالك على الله يسير ٢٢
مَآ
أَصَابَ
مِن
مُّصِيبَةٖ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَا
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
إِلَّا
فِي
كِتَٰبٖ
مِّن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
نَّبۡرَأَهَآۚ
إِنَّ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٞ
٢٢
Ingen olycka drabbar jorden och inte heller er själva utan att den förts in i [Vår] bok, innan Vi sätter den i verket. Detta kostar inte Gud någon möda.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Everything that affects Mankind, is duly measured and destined
Allah reminds of His measuring and deciding the destiny of all things before He created the creation,
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى الاٌّرْضِ وَلاَ فِى أَنفُسِكُمْ
(No calamity occurs on the earth nor in yourselves) meaning, `there is noth
