Al-Hajj 22:41 الذين ان مكناهم في الارض اقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة وامروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الامور ٤١
ٱلَّذِينَ
إِن
مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
وَأَمَرُواْ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَنَهَوۡاْ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ
وَلِلَّهِ
عَٰقِبَةُ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤١
Aceştia [sunt] cei care – dacă Noi le dăm putere pe pământ1 – împlinesc Rugăciunea [As‑Salat], achită Dania [Az‑Zakat], poruncesc ceea ce este drept şi opresc de la ceea ce este neîngăduit. Iar sfârşitul [tuturor lucrurilor] Îi aparţine lui Allah.

The Duties of the Muslims when They attain Power
Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Uthman bin `Affan said, "The Ayah:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَّكَّنَّـهُمْ فِى الاٌّرْضِ أَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْاْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
(Those who, if We give them power in the land,
