The Bad Condition of Whoever is given His Record in His Left Hand

These Ayat inform about the condition of the wretched people when one of them is given his Record (of deeds) in his left hand when the people are brought before Allah. At this time he will be very remorseful.

19. Nítorí náà, ní ti ẹni tí wọ́n bá fún ní tírà rẹ̀ ní ọwọ́ ọ̀tún rẹ̀, ó máa sọ pé: “Ẹ gbà, ẹ ka tírà mi wò. 20. Dájúdájú èmi ti mọ àmọ̀dájú pé dájúdájú èmi yóò bá ìṣírò-iṣẹ́ mi pàdé.” 21. Nítorí náà, ó máa wà nínú ìṣẹ̀mí tó máa yọ́nú sí 22. nínú Ọgbà Ìdẹ̀ra gíga. 23. Àwọn èso rẹ̀ (sì) máa wà ní àrọ́wọ́tó. 24. Ẹ jẹ, kí ẹ sì mu pẹ̀lú ìgbàdún nítorí ohun tí ẹ tì síwájú nínú àwọn ọjọ́ tí ó ti ré kọjá. 25. Ní ti ẹni tí wọ́n bá sì fún ní tírà rẹ̀ ní ọwọ́ òsì rẹ̀, ó máa wí pé: “Háà! Kí wọ́n sì má fún mi ni tírà mi! 26. Àti pé kí èmi sì má mọ ohun tí ìṣírò-iṣẹ́ mi jẹ́. 27. Háà! Kí ikú sì jẹ́ òpin (ọ̀rọ̀ ẹ̀dá). 28. Dúkìá mi kò sì rọ̀ mí lọ́rọ̀. 29. Agbára mi sì ti parun.” 30. Ẹ mú un, kí ẹ dè é ní ọwọ́ mọ́ ọrùn. 31. Lẹ́yìn náà, inú iná Jẹhīm ni kí ẹ mú un wọ̀. 32. Lẹ́yìn náà, inú ẹ̀wọ̀n tí gígùn rẹ̀ jẹ́ àádọ́rin gígùn thar‘u ni kí ẹ kì í sí. 33. Dájúdájú òun kì í gbàgbọ́ nínú Allāhu, Atóbi. 34. Kì í sì gba ènìyàn níyànjú láti bọ́ àwọn mẹ̀kúnnù. 35. Nítorí náà, kò níí sí ọ̀rẹ́ ìmùlẹ̀ kan fún un níbí yìí ní òní. 36. Kò sì níí sí oúnjẹ kan (fún un) bí kò ṣe (oúnjẹ) àwọnúwẹ̀jẹ̀. 37. Kò sí ẹni tí ó máa jẹ ẹ́ bí kò ṣe àwọn ẹlẹ́ṣẹ̀.
