Al-Hijr 15:4 وما اهلكنا من قرية الا ولها كتاب معلوم ٤

قَرۡيَةٍ
إِلَّا
وَلَهَا
كِتَابٞ
مَّعۡلُومٞ

And We destroyed no township but there was a known decree for it.
