Al-Infitar 82:19 يوم لا تملك نفس لنفس شييا والامر يوميذ لله ١٩
يَوۡمَ
لَا
تَمۡلِكُ
نَفۡسٞ
لِّنَفۡسٖ
شَيۡـٔٗاۖ
وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
لِّلَّهِ
١٩
[Iyon ay] sa Araw na hindi makapagdudulot ang isang kaluluwa sa isang kaluluwa ng anuman at ang pag-uutos sa Araw na iyon ay ukol kay Allāh.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Reward of the Righteous &the Sinners Allah informs of what the righteous will receive of delight
They are those who obeyed Allah and did not meet Him with disobedience (sins). Then He mentions that the evildoers will be in Hell and eternal torment. Due to this He says,
