Al-Isra 17:13 وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
また、われら*は全ての人間の首に、その取り分を括りつけた[1]。そして復活の日*、われらは彼に、彼がそれを開かれた状態で受け取る（ことになる、行いが記された）帳簿を出してやるのだ。[2] 1

After mentioning time, and the deeds of the son of Adam that take place therein, Allah says:
