Al-Isra 17:13 وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
וכל אחד מהאנשים אחראי למעשיו בעולם הזה, וביום תחיית-המתים נוציא לו ספר אשר ימצא אותו פרוש (עם פירוט של כל מעשיו)

Every Person will have the Book of his Deeds with Him
After mentioning time, and the deeds of the son of Adam that take place therein, Allah says:
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَـنٍ أَلْزَمْنَـهُ طَـئِرَهُ فِى عُنُقِهِ
