Al-Isra 17:13 وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
Och Vi har bundit varje människas bestämmelse vid hennes hals och på Uppståndelsens dag skall Vi lägga fram för henne en bok som hon finner uppslagen,

Every Person will have the Book of his Deeds with Him
After mentioning time, and the deeds of the son of Adam that take place therein, Allah says:
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَـنٍ أَلْزَمْنَـهُ طَـئِرَهُ فِى عُنُقِهِ
