Al-Isra 17:33 ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله الا بالحق ومن قتل مظلوما فقد جعلنا لوليه سلطانا فلا يسرف في القتل انه كان منصورا ٣٣
وَلَا
تَقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
ٱلَّتِي
حَرَّمَ
ٱللَّهُ
إِلَّا
بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ
وَمَن
قُتِلَ
مَظۡلُومٗا
فَقَدۡ
جَعَلۡنَا
لِوَلِيِّهِۦ
سُلۡطَٰنٗا
فَلَا
يُسۡرِف
فِّي
ٱلۡقَتۡلِۖ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
مَنصُورٗا
٣٣
Tag inte en annans liv - Gud har förklarat det heligt - annat än i rättfärdigt syfte. Om någon dödas med orätt, ger Vi den som för hans talan bemyndigande [att kräva rättvis vedergällning]; men denne skall inte gå för långt vad vedergällningen beträffar. [Den döde] har redan fått [Guds] hjälp.

Prohibition of Unlawful Killing Allah forbids killing with no legitimate reason
It was reported in the Two Sahihs that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
