Al-Isra 17:42 قل لو كان معه الهة كما يقولون اذا لابتغوا الى ذي العرش سبيلا ٤٢

ذِي
ٱلۡعَرۡشِ
سَبِيلٗا

(ئەی موحەممەد ﷺ) بڵێ ئەگەر لەگەڵ خوادا پەرستراوانێکی تر ببوایە وەک ئەو (بت پەرستان) دەڵێن ئەو کاتە دەگەڕان بە دوای ڕێگایەکدا بۆلای خاوەنی عەرش (کە خوایە)

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ
(Glorified and Exalted is He high above what they say!) meaning these idolators who transgress and do wrong when they claim that there are other gods besides Him.
عُلُوّاً كَبِيراً
(high above) means, far above. He is Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master,
