Al-Isra 17:94 وما منع الناس ان يومنوا اذ جاءهم الهدى الا ان قالوا ابعث الله بشرا رسولا ٩٤

يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُمُ
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ

قَالُوٓاْ
أَبَعَثَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَشَرٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٤
ھیچ شتێک ڕێگری خەڵکی نەکرد لەوەی کە باوەڕ بھێنن کاتێک کە ڕێنمونی و ئاینی حەقیان بۆ ھات بێجگە لەوەی دەیانووت چۆن خوا ئادەمیەک بە پێغەمبەر دەنێرێت

The refusal of the Idolators to believe because the Messenger was a Human -- and its refutation
وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ
(And nothing prevented men) means, most of them,
أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ
(from believing) and following the Messengers, except the fact that they found it strange that human beings would be sent
