Al-Isra 17:94 وما منع الناس ان يومنوا اذ جاءهم الهدى الا ان قالوا ابعث الله بشرا رسولا ٩٤
وَمَا
مَنَعَ
ٱلنَّاسَ
أَن
يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُمُ
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
إِلَّآ
أَن
قَالُوٓاْ
أَبَعَثَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَشَرٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٤
. Tewali kyagaana bantu kukkiriza obulungamu bwe bwabajjira okugyako okuba nti bagamba nti omuntu obuntu Katonda gwatumye nga mubaka.

The refusal of the Idolators to believe because the Messenger was a Human -- and its refutation
وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ
(And nothing prevented men) means, most of them,
