Al-Jinn 72:17 لنفتنهم فيه ومن يعرض عن ذكر ربه يسلكه عذابا صعدا ١٧
لِّنَفۡتِنَهُمۡ
فِيهِۚ
وَمَن
يُعۡرِضۡ
عَن
ذِكۡرِ
رَبِّهِۦ
يَسۡلُكۡهُ
عَذَابٗا
صَعَدٗا
١٧
för att pröva deras [villighet att tacka Oss för Våra gåvor]. Och den som vägrar att åkalla sin Herre skall Han utlämna åt ett straff från vilket ingen lindring ges.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Jinns testify that among Them there are Believers, Disbelievers, Misguided and Guided
Allah says that the Jinns said about themselves,
وَأَنَّا مِنَّا الصَّـلِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَلِكَ
(There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary;) meaning, other than that.
كُنَّا طَرَآئِقَ ق
