Al-Kahf 18:18 وتحسبهم ايقاظا وهم رقود ونقلبهم ذات اليمين وذات الشمال وكلبهم باسط ذراعيه بالوصيد لو اطلعت عليهم لوليت منهم فرارا ولمليت منهم رعبا ١٨
وَتَحۡسَبُهُمۡ
أَيۡقَاظٗا
وَهُمۡ
رُقُودٞۚ
وَنُقَلِّبُهُمۡ
ذَاتَ
ٱلۡيَمِينِ
وَذَاتَ
ٱلشِّمَالِۖ
وَكَلۡبُهُم
بَٰسِطٞ
ذِرَاعَيۡهِ
بِٱلۡوَصِيدِۚ
لَوِ
ٱطَّلَعۡتَ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
لَوَلَّيۡتَ
مِنۡهُمۡ
فِرَارٗا
وَلَمُلِئۡتَ
مِنۡهُمۡ
رُعۡبٗا
١٨
Mpe okokanisa bazali ya kolamuka nzoka nde basilaki kolala. Mpe tozali kobalola bango na ngambo ya mobali mpe na ngambu ya mwasi, mpe mbwa na bango atandaki maboko naye na ekoteli ya mobengâ, soki okutanaki na bango olingaki kopesa mokongo na kokima na kobanga.

Their Sleep in the Cave
Some of the scholars mentioned that when Allah caused them to sleep, their eyelids did not close, lest disintegration took hold of them. If their eyes remained open to the air, this would be better for the sake of preservation. Allah says:
وَتَحْسَبُهُمْ أَيْقَاظًا وَهُمْ رُقُو
