Al-Kahf 18:18 وتحسبهم ايقاظا وهم رقود ونقلبهم ذات اليمين وذات الشمال وكلبهم باسط ذراعيه بالوصيد لو اطلعت عليهم لوليت منهم فرارا ولمليت منهم رعبا ١٨
وَتَحۡسَبُهُمۡ
أَيۡقَاظٗا
وَهُمۡ
رُقُودٞۚ
وَنُقَلِّبُهُمۡ
ذَاتَ
ٱلۡيَمِينِ
وَذَاتَ
ٱلشِّمَالِۖ
وَكَلۡبُهُم
بَٰسِطٞ
ذِرَاعَيۡهِ
بِٱلۡوَصِيدِۚ
لَوِ
ٱطَّلَعۡتَ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
لَوَلَّيۡتَ
مِنۡهُمۡ
فِرَارٗا
وَلَمُلِئۡتَ
مِنۡهُمۡ
رُعۡبٗا

Ularni uyg`oq deb o`ylaysan, holbuki, uxlab yoturlar. Ularni goh o`ngga, goh chapga ag`darib tururmiz. Itlari esa, ostonada old oyoqlarini cho`zib yotur. Gar ularni ko`rsayding, ortga o`girilib qochar va ulardan qo`rqinchga to`lar eding.1

Their Sleep in the Cave
Some of the scholars mentioned that when Allah caused them to sleep, their eyelids did not close, lest disintegration took hold of them. If their eyes remained open to the air, this would be better for the sake of preservation. Allah says:
وَتَحْسَبُهُمْ أَيْقَاظًا وَهُمْ رُقُو
