Al-Kahf 18:45 واضرب لهم مثل الحياة الدنيا كماء انزلناه من السماء فاختلط به نبات الارض فاصبح هشيما تذروه الرياح وكان الله على كل شيء مقتدرا ٤٥
وَٱضۡرِبۡ
لَهُم
مَّثَلَ
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
كَمَآءٍ
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
مِنَ
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
فَٱخۡتَلَطَ
بِهِۦ
نَبَاتُ
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
فَأَصۡبَحَ
هَشِيمٗا
تَذۡرُوهُ
ٱلرِّيَٰحُۗ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَىٰ
كُلِّ
شَيۡءٖ
مُّقۡتَدِرًا
٤٥
. Era bakubire ekifaananyi eky'obulamu obw'ensi bulinga amazzi getutonnyesa okuva waggulu, nebyetabula nago ebimera byo ku nsi (olwo nno) nebikula nebikungulwa nebifuuka ebisusunku nga empewo ebikunguzza. Bulijjo Katonda ku buli kintu muyinza.

The Parable of the Worldly Life
Allah says:
وَاضْرِبْ لَهُم
(And mention) O Muhammad, to the people,
مَثَلُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(the parable of the worldly life), its transient nature and how it will eventually cease and come to an end.
كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِهِ نَبَاتُ الاٌّ
