Al-Kahf 18:82 واما الجدار فكان لغلامين يتيمين في المدينة وكان تحته كنز لهما وكان ابوهما صالحا فاراد ربك ان يبلغا اشدهما ويستخرجا كنزهما رحمة من ربك وما فعلته عن امري ذالك تاويل ما لم تسطع عليه صبرا ٨٢
وَأَمَّا
ٱلۡجِدَارُ
فَكَانَ
لِغُلَٰمَيۡنِ
يَتِيمَيۡنِ
فِي
ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ
وَكَانَ
تَحۡتَهُۥ
كَنزٞ
لَّهُمَا
وَكَانَ
أَبُوهُمَا
صَٰلِحٗا
فَأَرَادَ
رَبُّكَ
أَن
يَبۡلُغَآ
أَشُدَّهُمَا
وَيَسۡتَخۡرِجَا
كَنزَهُمَا
رَحۡمَةٗ
مِّن
رَّبِّكَۚ
وَمَا
فَعَلۡتُهُۥ
عَنۡ
أَمۡرِيۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
تَأۡوِيلُ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَسۡطِع
عَّلَيۡهِ
صَبۡرٗا
٨٢
Naho rwa rukuta (neguye), rwari urw’abana b’imfubyi babiri b’abahungu muri wa mudugudu, kandi munsi yarwo hari harimo umutungo wabo, kandi ise yari umuntu mwiza. Nyagasani wawe yashatse ko babanza bagakura, maze bakazakuramo umutungo wabo, ku bw’impuhwe za Nyagasani wawe. Kandi (ibyo wabonye nkora) sinabikoze ku bwanjye (ahubwo byari ku itegeko rya Allah). Ngibyo ibisobanuro by’ibyo utashoboye kwihanganira.

Interpretation of why the Wall was repaired for no Charge
In this Ayah there is a proof that the word Qaryah (village) may be used to refer to a city (Madinah), because Allah first says,
حَتَّى إِذَآ أَتَيَآ أَهْلَ قَرْيَةٍ
(till when they came to the people of a town (Qaryah)) 18:77, but here He says:
