Al-Ma'arij 70:24 والذين في اموالهم حق معلوم ٢٤
وَٱلَّذِينَ

Man is Impatient Allah informs about man and his inclination to corrupt his behavior.
Allah says,
إِنَّ الإِنسَـنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعاً
