Al-Ma'idah 5:18 وقالت اليهود والنصارى نحن ابناء الله واحباوه قل فلم يعذبكم بذنوبكم بل انتم بشر ممن خلق يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء ولله ملك السماوات والارض وما بينهما واليه المصير ١٨
وَقَالَتِ
ٱلۡيَهُودُ
وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ
نَحۡنُ
أَبۡنَٰٓؤُاْ
ٱللَّهِ
وَأَحِبَّٰٓؤُهُۥۚ
قُلۡ
فَلِمَ
يُعَذِّبُكُم
بِذُنُوبِكُمۖ
بَلۡ
أَنتُم
بَشَرٞ
مِّمَّنۡ
خَلَقَۚ
يَغۡفِرُ
لِمَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۚ
وَلِلَّهِ
مُلۡكُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
١٨
Judarna säger liksom de kristna: "Vi är Guds barn som Han älskar." Säg: "Varför straffar Han er då för era synder? Nej, ni är människor liksom [alla andra] som Han har skapat. Han förlåter vem Han vill och Han straffar vem Han vill. Guds är herraväldet över himlarna och jorden och allt som finns däremellan och Han är målet för [allas] färd."
