Al-Ma'idah 5:45 وكتبنا عليهم فيها ان النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والانف بالانف والاذن بالاذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص فمن تصدق به فهو كفارة له ومن لم يحكم بما انزل الله فاولايك هم الظالمون ٤٥
وَكَتَبۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
فِيهَآ
أَنَّ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ
بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَنفَ
بِٱلۡأَنفِ
وَٱلۡأُذُنَ
بِٱلۡأُذُنِ
وَٱلسِّنَّ
بِٱلسِّنِّ
وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ
قِصَاصٞۚ
فَمَن
تَصَدَّقَ
بِهِۦ
فَهُوَ
كَفَّارَةٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَحۡكُم
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
٤٥
Şi Noi am prescris, pentru ei, în ea: suflet pentru suflet1, ochi pentru ochi, nas pentru nas, ureche pentru ureche, dinte pentru dinte şi rănile după legea talionului.2 Dacă, însă, cineva renunţă la aceasta în semn de milostenie3, ea va fi ispăşire pentru el. Iar aceia care nu judecă după ceea ce a pogorât Allah, aceia sunt nelegiuiţi.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.) because they rejected Allah's command with full intention and with transgression and rebellion. In this Ayah, Allah said,
فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ
…وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbe
