Al-Ma'idah 5:45 وكتبنا عليهم فيها ان النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والانف بالانف والاذن بالاذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص فمن تصدق به فهو كفارة له ومن لم يحكم بما انزل الله فاولايك هم الظالمون ٤٥
وَكَتَبۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
فِيهَآ
أَنَّ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ
بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَنفَ
بِٱلۡأَنفِ
وَٱلۡأُذُنَ
بِٱلۡأُذُنِ
وَٱلسِّنَّ
بِٱلسِّنِّ
وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ
قِصَاصٞۚ
فَمَن
تَصَدَّقَ
بِهِۦ
فَهُوَ
كَفَّارَةٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَحۡكُم
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
٤٥
Noi le-am scris în Tora: viaţă pentru viaţă, ochi pentru ochi, nas pentru nas, ureche pentru ureche, dinte pentru dinte. Talionul este şi pentru răni. Cel care îşi părăseşte cu mărinimie acest drept va căpăta iertarea greşelilor sale. Cei care nu judecă după ceea ce a pogorât Dumnezeu, aceştia sunt nedrepţi.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.) because they rejected Allah's command with full intention and with transgression and rebellion. In this Ayah, Allah said,
فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ
…وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbe
