Al-Ma'idah 5:47 وليحكم اهل الانجيل بما انزل الله فيه ومن لم يحكم بما انزل الله فاولايك هم الفاسقون ٤٧
وَلۡيَحۡكُمۡ
أَهۡلُ
ٱلۡإِنجِيلِ
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فِيهِۚ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَحۡكُم
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ
٤٧
Måtte evangeliets folk dømme ved det Gud deri har åpenbart. De som ikke dømmer ved det som Gud har åpenbart, de er i sannhet ugudelige!

Allah Mentions `Isa and Praises the Injil
Allah said,
وَقَفَّيْنَا
(and We sent...) meaning, We sent
عَلَى ءَاثَـرِهِمْ
(in their footsteps) meaning the Prophets of the Children of Israel,
بِعَيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ التَوْرَاةِ
(`Isa, son of Maryam, confirming the Tawrah
