Ali 'Imran 3:5 ان الله لا يخفى عليه شيء في الارض ولا في السماء ٥
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَا
يَخۡفَىٰ
عَلَيۡهِ
شَيۡءٞ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
٥
Mu vy’ukuri, ubumenyi bw’Imana Allah bukikije ibiremwa vyose, nta kintu na kimwe kw’isi canke mw’ijuru cinyegeje Imana Allah, n’aho coba akantu kanzunya.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that He has perfect knowledge in the heavens and earth and that nothing in them is hidden from His watch.
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الاٌّرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ
(He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills.) meaning, He creates you in the wombs as He wills, whether male or female
