Ali 'Imran 3:6 هو الذي يصوركم في الارحام كيف يشاء لا الاه الا هو العزيز الحكيم ٦
هُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُصَوِّرُكُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ
كَيۡفَ
يَشَآءُۚ
لَآ
إِلَٰهَ
إِلَّا
هُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
٦
Waa Kan idiinku sawira (qaab siiya) ilma galeennada siduu doono. Ma jiro ilaah (xaq lagu caabudo) aan Isaga ahayn, waa Adkaadaha, Xakiimka ah.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that He has perfect knowledge in the heavens and earth and that nothing in them is hidden from His watch.
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الاٌّرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ
(He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills.) meaning, He creates you in the wombs as He wills, whether male or female
