Ali 'Imran 3:6 هو الذي يصوركم في الارحام كيف يشاء لا الاه الا هو العزيز الحكيم ٦
هُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُصَوِّرُكُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ
كَيۡفَ
يَشَآءُۚ
لَآ
إِلَٰهَ
إِلَّا
هُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
٦
Jis yra Tas, Kuris suformuoja jus gimdose taip, kaip Jis nori. La ilaha illa Huva (niekas neturi teisės būti garbinamas, tik Jis), Visagalis, Visa Išmanantis.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that He has perfect knowledge in the heavens and earth and that nothing in them is hidden from His watch.
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الاٌّرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ
(He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills.) meaning, He creates you in the wombs as He wills, whether male or female
