An-Nahl 16:2 ينزل الملايكة بالروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده ان انذروا انه لا الاه الا انا فاتقون ٢
يُنَزِّلُ
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
بِٱلرُّوحِ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦٓ
أَنۡ
أَنذِرُوٓاْ
أَنَّهُۥ
لَآ
إِلَٰهَ
إِلَّآ
أَنَا۠
فَٱتَّقُونِ
٢
Akasagatulusyaga Malaika ni utenga kwa ulamusi Wakwe kwa jwansachile mwa achikapolo Ŵakwe, (pakwasalila) kuti: “Mwatetelani (ŵandu) yanti: Pangali nnungu jwine (jwakuŵajilwa kun’galagatila) ikaŵeje Unepe, basi njogopani.”

Allah sends Whomever He wills with the Message of Tawhid
يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَـئِكَةَ بِالْرُّوحِ
(He sends down the angels with the Ruh) refers to the revelation. This is like the Ayat:
وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ رُوحاً مِّنْ أَمْرِنَا مَا كُنتَ تَدْرِى مَا الْكِتَـبُ وَلاَ الإِيمَـنُ وَلَـكِن جَعَل
