An-Nahl 16:2 ينزل الملايكة بالروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده ان انذروا انه لا الاه الا انا فاتقون ٢
يُنَزِّلُ
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
بِٱلرُّوحِ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦٓ
أَنۡ
أَنذِرُوٓاْ
أَنَّهُۥ
لَآ
إِلَٰهَ
إِلَّآ
أَنَا۠
فَٱتَّقُونِ
٢
Imana Allah, Imanura abamalayika kw’itegeko ryayo, baje guhishurira uwo Ishatse mu baja bayo mu Ntumwa, maze bagahishurira nya Ntumwa bati: “Nimugabishe abantu ku bihano vyanje Jewe Allah mu gihe bombangikanya, kuko nta mana ibwirijwe gusengwa vy’ukuri, atari Jewe Allah. Kubera ivyo rero, nimungamburukire mu kwubahiriza amabwirizwa yanje”.

Allah sends Whomever He wills with the Message of Tawhid
يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَـئِكَةَ بِالْرُّوحِ
(He sends down the angels with the Ruh) refers to the revelation. This is like the Ayat:
وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ رُوحاً مِّنْ أَمْرِنَا مَا كُنتَ تَدْرِى مَا الْكِتَـبُ وَلاَ الإِيمَـنُ وَلَـكِن جَعَل
