An-Nahl 16:93 ولو شاء الله لجعلكم امة واحدة ولاكن يضل من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء ولتسالن عما كنتم تعملون ٩٣
وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَجَعَلَكُمۡ
أُمَّةٗ
وَٰحِدَةٗ
وَلَٰكِن
يُضِلُّ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَهۡدِي
مَن
يَشَآءُۚ
وَلَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ
عَمَّا
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡمَلُونَ
٩٣
Ja jos Jumala olisi niin halunnut, Hän olisi totisesti luonut teidät yhdeksi ainoaksi kansaksi, mutta Hän sallii sen joutua kadotukseen, joka sitä mielii, ja Hän antaa johdatuksensa sille, ken sitä toivoo. Totisesti, te olette kerran vastuussa siitä, mitä olette tehneet.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
