An-Nisa 4:131 ولله ما في السماوات وما في الارض ولقد وصينا الذين اوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم واياكم ان اتقوا الله وان تكفروا فان لله ما في السماوات وما في الارض وكان الله غنيا حميدا ١٣١
وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Mpe maye manso mazali o’likolo mpe o’nse mazali ya Allah. Mpe nasilaki kopesa ntoli epai ya baye bazuaki buku liboso na bino, mpe bino mpe lokola, ete bobanga Allah; mpe soki bopengwi boyeba ete ya sôló maye manso mazali o’likolo mpe o’nse mazali ya Allah. Mpe Allah asanzolama atonda bomengo.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
