An-Nisa 4:131 ولله ما في السماوات وما في الارض ولقد وصينا الذين اوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم واياكم ان اتقوا الله وان تكفروا فان لله ما في السماوات وما في الارض وكان الله غنيا حميدا ١٣١
وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Lɑ Wẽnd n so sẽn be sɑɑsẽ lɑ sẽn be tẽng zugu? lɑ sɩd lɑ hɑkɩɩkɑ Tõnd sɑglɑ b sẽn kõb-rãmb gɑfã yãmb tɑoorã lɑ yãmb mensã tɩ y zoe Wẽnde, lɑ y sã n kɩfle ɑd yɑɑ Wẽnd n so sẽn be sɑɑsẽ lɑ sẽn be tẽngẽ, lɑ Wẽnd yɩɩme n yɑɑ Sek-m-meng soɑbɑ n yɑɑ Pẽgdɑ.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
