An-Nisa 4:131 ولله ما في السماوات وما في الارض ولقد وصينا الذين اوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم واياكم ان اتقوا الله وان تكفروا فان لله ما في السماوات وما في الارض وكان الله غنيا حميدا ١٣١
وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Allah gehört (alles), was in den Himmeln und was auf der Erde ist. Und Wir haben bereits denjenigen, denen vor euch die Schrift gegeben wurde, und euch anbefohlen: Fürchtet Allah! Wenn ihr aber ungläubig seid, gewiß, so gehört Allah (alles), was in den Himmeln und was auf der Erde ist. Allah ist Unbedürftig und Lobenswürdig.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَـبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّـكُمْ
