An-Nisa 4:132 ولله ما في السماوات وما في الارض وكفى بالله وكيلا ١٣٢
وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
وَكِيلًا
١٣٢
Burya Imana Allah ni Yo Rugaba Igaba Ikaganza ibiri mu majuru n’ibiri mw’isi n’ibiri hagati yavyo, burya Imana Allah Irakwiye kuba ari Yo Muhagarikizi-Rutunganya, Itunganiriza ibiremwa;

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
